PAYSTUBS – Most recent 30 days paystubs showing YTD figures

BANK STATEMENTS – Last 90 days bank statements for ALL accounts (all pages). Identify monthly rent payment on bank statements
CD’S, STOCKS AND BONDS – Provide most recent statements—all pages, to show funds available for your home purchase
401 K RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS – Provide most recent statement all pages, to show funds available for your home purchase.

LEASE AGREEMENT – Provide a copy of your current (signed) lease agreement all pages.
CANCELLED CHECKS – Provide cancelled rent checks for the last 12 months, copy front and back. If the landlord is an apartment complex, we can accept a 12 month tenant ledger that shows rental payment history.
BANK STATEMENTS – If the landlord does not accept checks, we need to establish a system to show the rent is being paid. Provide 12 months of bank statements to show you withdraw the money to purchase a money order or cashier’s check.

BANK STATEMENTS FOR SELF EMPLOYED Last 12 months bank statements for ALL accounts (all pages). Identify business deposits and business expenses; this creates the 12-month profit and loss statement.
